Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant Reports to: Chairman, Lifestyle CommunitiesThe Team You Will Join:At Lifestyle Communities (LC), we rely on our executive assistants to do more than just manage schedules, meetings, and events. You'll join a dynamic team committed to elevating the company through effective communication, organizational excellence, and proactive problem-solvingWho You Are:As the Executive Personal Assistant, you will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy and adaptable. You will thrive in an ever-changing environment while providing seamless support across multiple areas. You will be available to assist with varied personal tasks as needed including booking travel, occasional maintenance appointments for vehicles, etc.The Difference You Will Make:Maintain the Executive's calendar for LC related business needs as well as personal as needed. This involves a great deal of flexibility and movement based on conflicting priorities and extensive travel schedules that coincide with the Executive team.Key Responsibilities:• Travel Coordination:Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, ground transportation, and creating detailed itineraries.Scheduling & Calendar Management:Oversee and maintain calendar, managing appointments, meetings, and personal commitments with a high level of attention to detail.Ensure seamless coordination of schedule and adapt to shifting priorities. Technology & Administrative Support:Utilize computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.) to manage documents, maintain records, and organize files.Troubleshoot basic tech issues and provide necessary support for digital tools and devices. Household Management:Coordinate with vendors and contractors for regular maintenance, services, and repairs including drop offpick up of cars as needed.Errands & Personal Tasks: •Handle day-to-day errands, order merchandise, and manage other personal tasks efficiently and with discretion. •Ensure confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive tasks and personal matters.Meeting Assistance: •May attend meetings with the principal as needed, taking notes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner. What You'll Bring:Experience:Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support roleOrganizational & Multitasking Skills:Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and efficiency in task executionAdaptability & Flexibility:Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work in a hybrid environment from office to residence, and manage time effectivelyDiscretion & Confidentiality:A strong sense of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the roleProfessionalism in dealing with sensitive information and high-level mattersAdditional Information:This role may require weekend and evening availability on occasionMinimum QualificationsAssociate's degree or equivalent preferred.A valid driver's license and transportation requiredTen plus (10+) years of relevant work experience supporting top-level executives.Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Admin or Secretary in a professional capacity is needed.Location and Travel:This position will be in Columbus, Ohio.
