For more information, please visit Summary: Medical manufacturing assembly in a clean room environment.Essential Responsibilities:•Follow documented procedures to assemble products at a high level of quality while meeting or exceeding established production ratesguidelines.•Comply with documented "Good Manufacturing Practices" related to actions, hygiene, and behavior requirements when entering, working in, or leaving a controlled workclean room environment.•Accurately fill all required data records, as required to perform the job (training records, maintenance records, traceability forms, and other records as required).•Follow documented instruction to set-up, operate, adjust equipment as specified, use tools and fixtures as required to perform the job.•Immediately inform supervisor of any issues associated with performing and documented procedure.•Perform assembler training per documented process.•Participate in various LeanContinuous Improvement initiatives and activities.•Other assignments as requested.Job RequirementsQualifications & Skills:•High school diploma or equivalent.•2-6 years' experience in a medical device clean room manufacturing environment.•Skilled in performing intricate device assembly under a microscope on a daily basis: not limited to soldering.•Proficient in basic math and mathematical problem solving.•Proficient in reading and understanding English procedural documentation.•Proficient in writing and speaking English.Work Conditions: This role is an in-office position at Stereotaxis' Rogers MN location.Culture: Stereotaxis values steadfast integrity, intellectual excellence, responsiveness and reliability, and a dedication to constant improvement.
