We cater logistics strategies and processes to our customers' needs by utilizing the latest information systems and advanced technologies.SummaryThe Administrator, Vehicle Logistics will be expected to gather, construct and monitor data under DP, QC & Rail Ops for GLOVIS and its customers. Position will provide support in maintaining and surpassing acceptable quality levels in vehicle processing and transportation. Conduct investigative studies for the overall port, rail, dealership, trucking transportation quality processes, assist in scheduling, planning and executing ad-hoc internalexternal audits and inspections for all rail, truck, ocean loadingunloading shipping. Expected to assist in comprehensive analysis of documents, processes and improvements alike.ResponsibilitiesShadow supervisor, develop ability to operate independently carrying out orders in different locationsrampsportsyards nationwide at anytimeTravel to multiple locations when neededImplement and maintain GLOVIS expected standards of 99.8% damage-freeStudy daily transportation damages and support in assigning A3 reports accordingly.
