TitleSales Executive, OutsideSales - POS Reports toSales SupervisorPosition OverviewThis role is responsible for identifying and securing sales opportunities within the restaurant, hospitality, and nightlife sectors. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Sales Supervisor, the Sales Executive will prospect for new clients, conduct needs assessments, and match prospects with Payroc POS solutions. The role involves traveling within an assigned territory to meet potential clients, perform in-person product demonstrations, and deliver tailored presentations to emphasize key product benefits. Accurate record-keeping is essential, requiring consistent data entry and customer information updates in Salesforce. Duties and ResponsibilitiesWorks with Director of Sales and Sales Supervisor to prospect and canvass assigned sales territory for opportunities within the restaurant, hospitality, and bar & nightclub marketsConducts surveys with prospective customers to identify needs and match those needs with Payroc POS products and servicesTravels throughout assigned geographic territory to call on prospective customers to solicit orders. Talks with customers via phone to schedule appointments and completes in-person sales presentations and demos while emphasizing salable features and benefitsPrepares sales presentations, product demos, and presents proposals to prospectsEnters prospect and new customer data and other sales data for prospects and customers into Payroc POS's CRM database (Salesforce)Maintains accurate customer contact information in SalesforcePrepares and maintains accurate sales forecasts and reportsSubmits complete and accurate order entry information to Sales Coordinator and operations team when orders are obtainedDevelops and maintains relationships with networking groups, hospitality industry associations, and personal contactsRegularly performs in person check-in meetings with existing Payroc clients throughout the territoryFollows through on sales & customer serviceCSAT action items to completion.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentComputer Proficiency - Possesses skills and experience with the Internet and standard MS applications, such as Word, Excel, etc. Knowledge of a sales CRM system like Goldmine, ACT, or Salesforce would be a plusBusiness Acumen - Demonstrates knowledge of Aloha POS System and general restaurant business.
