Job Title: Logistics CoordinatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with logistics software and systems, knowledge of importexport regulations, and a background in the wine and spirits industry. You will be responsible for managing inventory, supply chain operations, and shipping and receiving processes.ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate logistics operations, including shipping and receiving.Ensure compliance with importexport regulations.Utilize logistics software and systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central)Maintain accurate inventory records.Collaborate with team members to optimize supply chain processes.Analyze and solve logistical issues municate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with logistics software and systems.Knowledge of importexport regulations.Experience in the wine and spirits industry.Work EnvironmentThe position is based in an office setting where you will have your own workspace. You will work Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Management. Our team consists of 10-15 people.
