Come join our dynamic team!Job Summary:As the Assistant Manager of Content for L'Oral USA's Content Adaptation Factory, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing the effectiveness of the Factory and LUSA's content adaptation and performance across all divisions. This role requires a dynamic individual who excels in project management, a creatively critical and data-driven eye, and stakeholder collaboration. You will lead content adaptation and innovation initiatives, leverage creative intelligence, and deliver impactful insights to drive business objectives. Your expertise will guide cross-functional teams in adopting best-in-class content practices and technologies that enhance the consumer experience across digital platforms.Key Responsibilities1. Project Management:Oversee end-to-end delivery of content adaptation projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.Manage project timelines, resources, and communication to ensure smooth operations within the Content Factory.Coordinate with internal teams (brand, e-commerce, data) and external agencies to align efforts and meet KPIs.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.2. Content Optimization & Creative Intelligence:Help execute roadmaps to optimize content performance and drive measurable business results.Leverage learnings from data-driven insights to enhance the content and online customer journey through maximizing engagement and business tegrate creative intelligence tools (Vidmob, Vizit, etc) and technologies to uncover content trends and deliver actionable insights.3. Data Analysis & Reporting:Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the success of content initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.Synthesize test results into clear, actionable recommendations for key stakeholders across divisions and global teams.Track the impact of content optimization efforts on key business metrics.4. Stakeholder Management:Support Content Factory change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and frameworks across divisions.Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Content Factory.Serve as a liaison between divisional and global teams, ensuring alignment on content Content Factory strategy and execution.Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate collaboration.Become a subject matter expert, providing guidance on content best practices and digitalSocialeCommerce trends.5. Digital Expertise:Stay up to date on emerging technologies, platforms, and tools to enhance content adaptation capabilities.Drive efficiency improvements through automation and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.What We Are Looking For:Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in content creation, project management, or digital marketing.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization.Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Familiarity with creative intelligence tools, testing platforms, and content management systems.Knowledge of content marketing principles and best practices for digital platforms (e.g., social media, email, e-commerce).Tech-savvy with a passion for innovation and a consumer-centric mindset.As an integral part of our culture at L'Oral, wellness is at our core.
