We believe in providing our clients with confidence - in our services and their decision.WHAT YOU'LL DOAs our Foundation Repair Technician, you will be responsible for supporting commercial & residential foundation repair, soil stabilization, or concrete lifting & leveling projects. To succeed, you will need a flexible skill set, including the ability to communicate, work hard, and collaborate.DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIESPerform general construction work including physical labor, using hand tools, and lifting materials as directed by the site supervisor;Understand project schedules, assume additional responsibilities, and work extended hours as needed to meet project deadlines;Work cohesively with team members to exceed client expectations;Maintain equipment daily to ensure it functions properly and safely;Align the work with Helicon's culture and strategic goals - Stay True, Communicate Clearly, Forecast Needs + Outperform; andWork with the team on mutually agreed-upon KPIs. RequirementsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORHigh School diploma, GED or equivalent1+ years of experience in construction general labor and or working outside for long hoursReliable transportation, valid FL driver's license, and a clean driving recordThe ability to be coached and mentored and collaborate within a team environmentYOU WILL LOVE WORKING FOR HELICON IF YOUThrive working in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsGet excited about building something from the ground upWORK SCHEDULE:Varies; will require flexible schedule, with occasional weekends and holidaysLocal day travel is requiredPosition requires regular overtimeENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:Work near or with moving mechanical parts - FrequentlyOutdoor weather conditions - FrequentlyModerate-Loud NoisePHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to liftcarrypush or pull up to 50 poundsMust be able to hear equipment operating, alarms sounding, traffic, telephonesAbility to see clearly at 20 inches50 centimeters or less and at 20 feet6 meters or more Salary Description $15-18hr
