DescriptionThe Territory Business Manager will be responsible for territory sales development and management in the New York City area and will have the ability to follow corporate direction, management direction and to execute brands identity in the field. Join us and be a part of this exciting alchemy where your talent meets our vision, creating a world of pure chemistry!Essential DutiesWork with large and dynamic geographies, maximizing business potential economicallyAttain and maintain on-going, extensive product knowledge, including clinical data & studiesMaintain strong sales relationships with existing partnersAdapt to unique situations when cold calling prospects, meeting with prospects and partners and developing individual's businesses that differ from one to anotherCold call frequently and open new customers monthlyConduct a demonstration of the company's signature facial for prospects and customersNavigate through competitive landscapes, understanding competitor products and common industry services and treatmentsExpand and continually-grow the territory sales volume to the expectations set by the territoryLead effective events with customers increasing consumer knowledge of the linePartner with corporate employees on company initiatives: hosting regional events; launching new products and programs; as well as corporate and online account management RequirementsAbility to work independently while delivering and executing corporate messaging and directionStrong administration skills that can operate company software including; data base management (Salesforce), Excel, Outlook, Word, Expensify, MOTUS along with mapping programs and additional applications on a daily basisStrong communication skills that enable you to effectively communicate from one customer type to another including business managers, aestheticians, nurses, physicians, corporate executives and other industry professionalsIndustry experience preferredMust live in or within a commutable distance to Manhattan NoticesOur company is dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities and embraces diversity and inclusion in our workplace. The offered base salary may be adjusted based on various factors such as the applicant's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
