This candidate will be primarily responsible for submitting tax forms on behalf of clientsThis candidate will prepare income tax returns, including individuals, corporations and pa for a variety of clients. Associates regularly collaborate with partners and managers to provide outstanding client service. This unique opportunity to client client relationships on all aspects of public account which will allow this candidate to learn and have growth opportunities at the firm.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Proficiently prepare and review tax returns for clientsFormulate and deliver innovative tax planning, strategies and client service Identify and capitalize on business opportunities with current client base and network to attract new clients to the firmMaintain active communication with clients to develop long standing business relationships, manage expectations, safeguard client satisfaction, and ensure deadlines are metWork in a variety of industries including: Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Distribution, Not-For- Profit and Financial Services Advance your expertise in tax matters through continued education and researchComplete research and special projects as neededQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 2-3 years or more of experience in tax preparationExperience with individual, corporate, and partnerships tax return preparationsExcellent MS Excel knowledge for spreadsheetsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and under pressureAbility to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlinesTHIS POSITION OFFERS:Competitive salary + bonusSubstantial growth opportunitiesGenerous time-off policy401k employer matchPaid health insurance Flexible work schedule PLEASE NOTE: All interviews and applications are kept confidential.
