This role is key to driving new business opportunities, identifying commercial opportunities, and developing growth strategies for Ekimetrics, while collaborating closely with local and global teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. You will ensure the development of new major accounts in coordination with our CRO, Partners, and GM.This role requires a dynamic individual with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and client relationships effectively.Key Responsibilities:1.Lead Qualification•Qualify inbound leads and understand client needs to determine fit for Ekimetrics' offers and services.•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and Ekimetrics' offerings to align proposals with client needs.2.Project Management & Collaboration•Lead the full RFP process, from internal coordination, proposal creation to final presentation, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.•Create visually engaging and persuasive PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate Ekimetrics' capabilities and solutions.3.Marketing and Events•Support and organize events and other activities for lead generation and brand mercial Initiatives & Pipeline Management•Collaborate with local and global sales and marketing teams to share insights, coordinate strategies, and leverage best practices for growth.•Contribute to regional sales operating model improvement and ensure the gating process is applied within the scope of work.•Regularly updates and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.•Work cross-functionally to gather insights, case studies, and data to strengthen proposals and align pitches with client expectations.Key Skills & Qualifications:•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (or equivalent)•5+ years of sales, lead generation, and project management experience with proven experience in inbound sales and managing RFP process end to end.•Experience in consulting, data science, or marketing agency is preferred.•Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, impactful visuals.•Strong communication skills.•Proficiency in CRM tools and experience maintaining up-to-date records.•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.•A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail.•Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments, especially with global teams.Our Recruitment Process:- HR Screening- Interview with US Head of Marketing and Commercial Operations- Final validation interview with CRO and Partner$110,000 - $140,000 a yearWhat we offer:At Ekimetrics, final base salary is determined by a multitude of factors and vary from candidate to candidate. Determining factors for base compensation include, but are not limited to, professional background, years of experience, and skillset. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for our NYC office is $110,000 to $140,000.
