We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Paralegal for one of our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate must possess a solid background in legal document preparation and clerical support, with a strong focus on litigation.Responsibilities: Provide Drafted Decisions: Ensure that drafted decisions are provided within the designated timeframe, maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Legal Support: Offer complex clerical-level legal support services to attorneys, with an emphasis on litigation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Confidentiality: Uphold confidentiality at all times and comply with non-disclosure agreements maintained by the Contractor, which will be available for inspection by OTDA.Qualifications: Paralegal Certification: Must possess a valid paralegal certification. Experience: Minimum of two years' experience drafting legal documents and providing complex clerical support, particularly in litigation. Skills: Knowledge of legal language and principles. Organizational and analytical skills to manage complex legal tasks efficiently. Confidentiality Agreement: Must be able to maintain confidentiality and comply with non-disclosure agreements as outlined by the contractor.
