Responsibilities:Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the businessHandles the Human Resources responsibilities for the propertyEnsure that all employees are providing exceptional customer serviceManage and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectationsDevelop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitabilityMaintain a positive and professional work environmentEnsure compliance with all company policies and proceduresHandle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective mannerAssist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaign RequirementsRequirements:PEP experience preferredBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related fieldMinimum of 1 year of experience in a management role in the hospitality industryStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysWe are an Equal Opportunities Employer.
