With many additional perks, we're committed to supporting your health, happiness, and career growth!Job Summary:The Regional Sales Manager facilitates business development and growth of the Olympus product(s) in specific areas by training and presenting the product(s) to new and existing partnerships, identifying prospective agents, attending industrycompany events, and coordinating research to increase sales and promote the OIC brand. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains rapport throughout the region by managing existing agency relationships with a focus on increasing new business, client retention and agency profitability. Supports agency force with their day-to-day needs by resolving problems, identifying trends, determining region specific needsimprovements, tracking competitors, and implementing changes when necessary. Assists with agency education of company products and brand differentiators. Attends and contributes to company specific events and industry association membershipsevents. Collaborates with company departments on general communications and marketing campaigns by conveying agency insights and sales data to support product and underwriting developments for improvement. Achieves regional sales objectives and contributes to overall sales quotas and strategic plans. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Qualifications (EducationExperience): Bachelor's Degree or higher. 3-5 years of previous insurance carrier or agency experience preferred. Insurance industry designations preferred. Previous sales or management experience required. Florida 2-20 Property and Casualty License. Skills Required: Desire to pursue industry-related educational opportunities. Proficient in insurance industry knowledge. Demonstrate software proficiency including SalesForce and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint. Aptitude to learn software programs including policy administration, business intelligence and marketing systems. Self-motivated, ability to balance workload, prioritize and work under tight deadlines with a positive attitude. Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to problem solve. Strong communication skills including writing, speaking, and presenting. Ability and comfortability in building professional relationships, customer focused.
