Timberland Partners is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Coordinator to join our growing team.Timberland Partners is a national real estate investment and management company focused exclusively on the multifamily apartment sector. This role will play a crucial part in the administrative support of Timberland Partners' investor relations function.Responsibilities:(included, but not limited to)Prepare and distribute investor communications, presentations, investment offering materials, and other relevant items.Respond to investor inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person meetings.Support investment offering and fundraising process.Work with legal counsel to facilitate investment partner transfers.Manage investor databases and maintain accurate records.Assist in the preparation of custom financial statements and performance reports for investors upon request.Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor investment performance.Prepare and distribute recurring quarterly and annual reports to investors.Assist in the planning and execution of investor events, such as conferences.Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor relations materials.Minimum Qualifications:3 years of relevant experience preferredBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related fieldProficient in CRM, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office, particularly with ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEager to take on challenges and drive projects to completionPay: $65,000 - $80,000 per year1TP Perks:Competitive pay + opportunity for incentivebonus payHealth Insurance (Company Paid Option), Dental, and VisionCompany Paid Life InsuranceShort Term Disability401K with Company MatchHealth Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Company Paid Long Term DisabilityRent DiscountPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysCareer Development Program & Advancement OpportunitiesEducational AssistanceVerizon & Sherwin Williams DiscountsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)One Company Culture: we all come from different backgrounds and bring a variety of unique experiencesWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
