Find your story in our books!Bookmaking (Production, Managing Editorial, & Production Editorial)These departments are responsible for the copyediting, proofreading, pre-press and manufacturing processes of turning manuscripts into bound books after acquisition, all within the desired timeframe and budget.The intern will work with Production Editorial and some responsibilities include: Copy editing, proofreading Writing alt-text for certain genres of Ebooks for accessibility purposes Assist QA team in performing Quality Control of backlist titles Slugging page proofs in late stages and structure-tagging Work on a variety of genres and formats, including 4-colorDepartments The departments seeking an intern may include:Random House Production Editorial and eBooksNTERNSHIP PROGRAM DETAILSPenguin Random House offers an immersive 20-week PAID, REMOTE internship opportunity in the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026, available in our adult, children's, and corporate divisions.
