DIGITAL CLIENT SERVICE COORDINATOR, MEDIA New York, NYHybridTHE RUNDOWNPlayfly Sports is looking for a Digital Client Service Coordinator to join our team in New York, NY. Digital Client Service Coordinator (CSC) will responsible for supporting revenue growth for all HTS digital offerings within their assigned set of accounts, as well as linear, through assisting the sales process to agencies with the AE (Account Executive) and CSR (Client Service Representative). The CSC will develop a solid understanding of HTS integrated Linear & Digital offerings, utilizing meticulous organizational & analytical skills to build and steward orders from initial placement to paid invoice. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH Pull weekly revenue and delivery pacing reports Capture screenshots for each creative in a campaign within 48 hours of launchcreative changesCompile and send monthly billing to agencies within 15 business days after month endBuild recap slide decks using screenshotsreporting within 5 business days after the end date of a given campaignUse Ad Management system for order entry and maintenance, posting, resolve discrepancies, file orders and process make-goods as neededWork on admin tasks requested from CSR, AE, or DirectorVP of Sales as neededOversee daily ad-serving and 3rd party technology trackingCreate regular and ad hoc Excel reports in support of the sales functionCollaborate with and support the CSR on all account stewardship processesRemain current on all relevant sports issues and events in order to assemble efficient packages with maximum valueProvide background and research on client targets and categories as requested by CSR and AEAssist CSRs with asset deliverycommunication between agencies and internal partnersAssist CSRs to build sales proposalsAssist AE's with pulling audience researchOther job-related duties as assignedWHAT YOU'LL BRINGHigh School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferredPrevious office experience requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills are necessaryKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook is requiredProficiency in PowerPoint is preferred with some knowledge of basic CRM systemsGood interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships requiredGood organizational skills and a proven ability to work both as a member of a team and individually are necessaryAbility to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure environment requiredExperience and understanding: STRATA, Wide Orbit, MOAT, Innovid, Adobe Audience Manager, Google Campaign Manager, FreeWheel, ComScore, DoubleVerify, Integral Ad Science, and Extreme Reach.TRAVEL, LIFTING, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This role takes place in an office setting and is a sedentary roleMinimal travel may be required to attend meetings, conduct trainings, PENSATIONThe pay range for this role is $45,000 to $50,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
