Credit & Price Risk Business Analyst: On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Credit & Price Risk Business Analyst for a 10-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client's New York office. Credit & Price Risk Business Analyst - Job Description: The Credit & Price Risk Business Analyst will support the Volcker program and regulatory requirements within the Markets & Securities Services domain. The role involves investigating and resolving Volcker-related issues, producing and reviewing metrics, and coordinating regulatory narratives for senior management review. Credit & Price Risk Business Analyst - Responsibilities: •Investigate and resolve Volcker-related issues and exceptions by coordinating with trading desks, legal, finance, and risk •Assist with metrics production, review, and distribution for internal consumption and regulatory reporting •Provide regular management updates and status reports •Participate in monthly reviews of Volcker metrics and reporting with in-scope desks •Coordinate regulatory narrative whereby commentary is constructed, edited, and reviewed by senior management Credit & Price Risk Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills: •5-8 years relevant experience in a front office or operations support environment, or in a consultingproject management capacity •Strong financial markets product knowledge across multiple asset classes •Excellent written and communication skills •Strong investigation and problem-solving skills •Proactive and able to work under tight deadlines across multiple workstreams •Sound understanding of the Volcker Rule •Strong Excel reporting skills, including pivot tables and ifand statements Credit & Price Risk Business Analyst - Nice-to-Have Skills: •Experience with SQLVBA •Familiarity with regulatory requirements •Experience working with large datasets •Comfort interfacing with senior stakeholders •Adherence to monthly and quarterly deadlines Credit & Price Risk Business Analyst - Assignment Length: This is a 10-month contract position, with the possibility of extension or conversion.
