Job SummaryAs a member of the NetApp Data Infrastructure Insights (DII) Team, you will champion the innovative power of our products to make our customers more productive. This inside sales role will be responsible for cultivating relationships with prospective clients to expand the DII footprint by identifying net new business opportunities across our US Enterprise Segment. You will work to schedule meetings with clients to understand the meaningful business results they are not able to achieve with their current cloud monitoring and analytics tools. You will need to understand" journey to the cloud", the ability to quickly establish creditability with a technical audience and maintain active inbound and outbound communications with prospects using creative follow-up, including personalized email, cold calling, and social selling. Job Requirements•You will generate sales qualified leads (SQL's) within existing customer install base•Ensure timely follow up on inbound web leads from channel partners, and web requests•Follow up on marketing qualified leads (MQL's) to convert to a sales qualified lead•Schedule initial meetings using online chat, email, and outbound phone calls •You will apply inbound andor outbound calls for lead qualification•Identify new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns leveraging partner Eco system •Communicate the value of NetApp Cloud Operations solutions to VP level and other Sr. Manager level enterprise decision-makers •Conduct discovery and execute on lead qualification process to uncover the needs the prospect has that NetApp Cloud Ops solutions will solve for•Work closely with Account Managers, SE's, Channel Resell partners, and peers to maximize lead generating events in your designated territory•Deliver the NetApp Cloud Operations elevator pitch and overview presentation effectively•Timely and accurate update with customer information, and lead conversion information •Strong written and oral communication skills are a mustEducation 2-4 years previous cloud sales experience required BS Degree or equivalent or accomplished related professional exp is desiredCompensation:The target salary range for this position is Missing Pay Range. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings' (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, andor restricted stocks (RSU's).
