Every employee takes a person-centered approach that exemplifies the ICARE values (Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence) through empathic communication and partnerships between all persons.Visit us at DescriptionSUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The Wellness Program Director Wellness is charged with and responsible for:Supports, plans, schedules, and prepares various facility-wide and department-based wellness and care experience initiatives•Provide consistent supervision to the Wellness Program Coordinator, to support, sustain, and promote the growth and span of Helping Healers Heal program•Create, collect, and utilize wellness data to create relevant wellness programming, policies, and procedures to improve overall staff wellbeing•Monitor and track wellness data on a consistent basis to inform wellness programming•Collaborate closely with Executive Staff, Department Heads, Chiefs, and Chairs in order to share relevant data and to create facility-based crisis plan, workflows for activation of H3, and other needed wellness areas•Create psychoeducation and training materials to be implemented in various settings, such as GME M&M's, Grand Rounds, New Employee Orientation, among other areas•Oversee the PSC training process and PSC integration•Develop and sustain community partnerships in order to bring various outside wellness programming•Create partnerships with local colleges and universities for internship programming•Demonstrating effectiveness in planning, organizing, and managing the ongoing operation of employee wellness at assigned facility•Assist in coordination, planning, and facilitating of wellness activities and programs for employees•Proactive wellness and real-time clinical crisis support for employees; assist in the development of facility-based crisis plan for employees•Lead and facilitate, in concert with H3 Lead, department meetings to embed unit-based wellness programming•Assist in coordination, planning, and facilitating of wellness activities and programs for employees•Plans and implements classes, speakers, seminars, and custom training that promote overall wellbeing of employees•Collaboration with the Communication and Public Affairs Office to generate promotion and publicity plans for wellness programs throughout the facility•Compiles statistical summaries of participant data, class attendance, and equipment inventories to ensure proper detailed program evaluation•Assists the H3 Lead in the development of policies, and procedures relevant to the operation of the wellness program•Provide discipline & service-based wellness (e.g. resident orientation, grand rounds, M&Ms, Town Hall)•Partner with H3 Leads and H3 Steering Teams to develop partnerships facility Chiefs & Chairs to integrate wellness action plans•Utilize data to make targeted wellness interventions for clinical and non-clinical departments•Align to system standards and spread best practices of wellness•Establish trainings, engagement and onboarding activities to foster Peer Support Champion engagement•Other related duties as directedMinimum Qualifications1.
