The Sample Coordinator will be the point of contact for oversight of the merchandise workflow and responsible for the execution of a streamlined approach. The variety of product that comes into our studio requires a detail obsessed partner on our production team to take the lead of the sample organization with a consistent approach to all samples, all clients, all productions. The Ideal candidate will have experience in sample management, merchandising, eCommerce production or styling with propensity for detail, process and organization. This role operates on-site in our Tribeca Studios.Responsibilities: Receiving all product Shotlist Merchandise List oversight for required info Shot List Ingestion Check in Check Out Digital Track all stages of the merchandise Flag Any Issues with product pre and post production (missing, damaged, etc) Unpack, Prep Product for set (Steam, Rack, Unbox) Print and Tag Merchandise Unpack, Pack for appropriate, timely Return Schedule returns (w client or producer) Oversee Merchandise Rooms (Shared and Client Designated) Weekly plan additional merchandise support based on production schedule Be the "go to" for all products, and essentially product expert Partner with producers and stylists on product nuance Partner with producers and stylists on Merchandise Rack Organization Train freelance merchandise support staff, and maintain roster of support team for efficient flex Inventory Shared Prop closet, and prep carts for sets Be "Sample Expert" in digital workflow to train and onboard as needed Prepare and Export Client Project Status Reports on varying cadences In Partnership with Stylist, Maintain Steamer inventory and supplemental supplies Requirements Proficiency using Excel and Google Sheets Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 25 lbs 3 - 5 years of Studio, Sample, In-House Visual Team or Styling Experience; preferably with some on-set experience Strong organization skills and ability to speak to producers, stylists, and clients Ability to organize time and meet deadlines, manage workflow, ad hoc freelance support team, and prioritize effectively; ability to effectively manage downtime Ability to work autonomously once trained on internal, shared workflows and resources BenefitsThe anticipated salary range for this role is $25-$28hour. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget.
