The On-Site Manager is responsible for managing and ensuring the successful administrative, financial, and operational aspects of three to four urgent cares through delivering a patient-centered experience that drives consumer loyalty and creating an environment where staff are engaged in the success of a facility. Job Requirements Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred Work Experience 2-3 years of management experience or 5+ years clinical experience or 3+ years of GoHealthUC experience required Required LicensesCertifications Valid State Driver's License required Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Ability to hire, train and manage employees. Ensure that sites are operating efficiently by maintaining staffing ratios and supply management Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently Ability to collaborate with others, delegate tasks, work as part of a team and communicate strongly with management Comfortable with constructive confrontation and counseling management Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferred Customer Service Scheduling Communication Skills Vendor Management MS Office Coaching and mentoring Essential FunctionsOversee approximately 40 employees with cost management responsibilitiesMonitor NPS scores and put in place measures to address patient satisfaction and customer service issuesAccountable for the seamless scheduling of the front desk, scribes, medical assistants, and x-ray technician Monitor patient flow, and managing ongoing front and back-office operations closelySupervise, coach, evaluate, and mentor employees; conduct performance reviewCollaborate with HR team in developing and issuing performance reviews and terminating employeesHold staff meeting and training sessionsMaintain patient confidentiality in accordance with policy and procedure as well as HIPAA requirementsInspect facility on a daily basis for any structural, cosmetic, or operational repairsReconcile daily payment collectionsEnsure staff is working productively and professionally throughout all working hoursMaintain office and medical supplies for inventorypar levelsFacilitate the deployment of new testing technologies through in-servicing staffCoordinate with key vendorsdepartments including radiology and external call centersPerform HIPPA walk-throughs and inspectionsManage processes with external vendors including supply distributors and call centersTravel between assigned centers as neededAll other duties as assigned.Set up email alerts as new job postings become available that meet your interest!
