The Permanent Merchandising Art Director will lead the creative development and execution of all US in-store permanent merchandising for Maybelline and Essie, translating global brand assets into impactful retail experiences. This individual will do so by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand merchandising strategies, target audiences, and communication objectives for all in-store visual communications, including graphics and structures.Key Job Accountabilities:Translate global brand vision into compelling US permanent merchandising walls for major retailers (Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, Ulta, etc.)Manage permanent merchandising artwork across all retailers, overseeing production from concept to completionDesign within cost guidelines and retailer-specific style guidesCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, wall planning team, vendors, etc.) to ensure alignment with merchandising strategies and communication objectivesManage project timelines, communicate effectively, and proactively address any challengesOversee external suppliers (retouchers, production houses, etc.)Manage the permanent merchandising budget in collaboration with financeWhat We Are Looking For:Required Qualifications:8-10 years of experience in comprehensive brand expression and visual communication.Strong hands-on design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft OfficeProven project management abilities, including multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solvingStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a teamExcellent typography skills and knowledge of print production process.What's In It For You:Salary Range: $138,500 - $200,800 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)Competitive Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Pension Plan)Hybrid Work Policy (3 Days in Office, 2 Days Work from Home)Flexible Time Off (Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Vacation Buy Program, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!)Access to Company Perks (VIP Access to L'Oral's Internal Shop for Discounted Products, Monthly Mobile Allowance)Learning & Development Opportunities for Career Progression (Unlimited Access to E-learnings, Lunch & Learn Sessions, Mentorship Programs, & More!)Employee Resource Groups (Think Tanks and Innovation Squads)Access to Mental Health & Wellness ProgramsDon't meet every single requirement?
