The RoleWe're hiring a full-time Account Manager to grow our North America annual recurring revenue by upselling and cross-selling new products to existing FundApps clients.As part of this role, you will manage a portfolio that includes some of the world's largest and most prestigious financial institutions. You'll identify new sales and product opportunities to support their business and set the strategy for the future of their compliance and regulatory reporting landscape. This client-facing role requires commercial acumen and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships as you help clients navigate tech challenges, improve efficiency, and execute commercial strategies.How We Measure SuccessThis is an individual quota-carrying role in which your main focus will be growing the annual recurring revenue from your client accounts. This will be achieved by building strong and lasting relationships that maximise the value clients can generate from the FundApps product portfolio.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Developing the growth strategy for your portfolio of accounts by understanding client needs, FundApps' product offerings, and industry trends while safeguarding existing revenue and growing client ARR.Building strong relationships with key decision-makers (COOs, CCOs, CROs, CIOs) and front-office stakeholders (PFMs, HFMs, Traders) and becoming a trusted advisor to drive joint roadmaps and solutions.Leading commercial and strategic interactions with clients, prioritising their needs in collaboration with the client success team to uncover both tactical and big-picture opportunities.Collaborating closely with the client success and product teams to understand client workflows, displace competitors, and identify growth opportunities within and beyond current scopes.Mastering technical knowledge of FundApps and regulatory compliance, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and applying best-in-class sales techniques and communication strategies.What You'll Bring to the Team:Relevant Background: You've held roles with monetary quotas, have a proven track record of meeting targets, and have experience negotiating deal terms. You have demonstrated experience in account management or relationship management in a B2B or enterprise sales dustry Knowledge: You have a strong understanding of the financial services industry and have worked with asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, andor banks.Sales Excellence: You adopt new processes and possess strong key account management skills to plan for and achieve business growth targets.Proactive Mindset: You're self-motivated and adaptable, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are always ready to go the extra mile. You show curiosity and demonstrate behaviours aligned with FundApps' values.Strong Communication: You have outstanding communication skills and experience presenting to large groups. You can translate complex topics into simple outcomes.>Brownie PointsYou have an interest in or understanding of regulatory compliance, such as shareholding disclosure and regulatory reporting.You actively use MEDDICC or other sales methodologies.$100,000 - $125,000 a yearThe salary for this role will be based on experience and career level. In addition to the base salary, there is a commission structure based on hitting specific targets.
