Job DetailsJob LocationPowerex - Youngwood, PAEducation Level4 Year DegreeSalary Range$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 SalaryTravel PercentageUp to 50% Job DescriptionPRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Powerex, Inc., a world leader in semiconductor manufacturing and sales, is seeking a leader for its Value-Added Products business that includes HV & LV IGBTs, Diodes, Hybrid and full SiC solutions primarily produced in our production lines in Youngwood, PA focused on mission critical applications in MilitaryAviation and Industrial Markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for growth of the business through analyzing opportunities, providingoverseeing quotations, and interfacing with customers to understand key opportunities and support closing of orders. The candidate will also provide direction to product development team. The ideal candidate will have three years or more experience in the power market, a desire to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked team environment, and be a self-starter. This candidate will have both North American and Global responsibilities. WORKING PROCEDURES: Visit, build relationships, and close orders with key customersEvaluate new markets and customer opportunitiesDrive growth initiatives Develop value propositionsAnalyzing opportunities, providingoverseeing quotations, and interfacing with customers to understand key opportunities and support closing of ordersManaging day to day business activities including interfacing with customers, sales team, factory for existing business, and new opportunitiesSupport New Product Introductions including scope definition, customer interface, and engineering interface. Evaluate PRISM processes for improvement in project selection, and project management of New Product IntroductionsSupport setting and implementing strategic direction of businessMeasured on growthJob QualificationEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: BSEE Strong technical skills in power products applicationsPower Module Design Experience is a plusPrior Application Engineering Experience is a PlusPrior IGBT, Rectifier, Thyristor, Mosfet Power Module experienceKnowledge of Miller Heiman Strategic Sales a PlusAt Powerex, we are dedicated to equal employment opportunity.
