This professional will coordinate and participate in the design, testing, implementation, and review of complex manual and automated financial and accounting systems and processes.What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industryYou will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to worklife balanceYou will join a culture that has received multiple top "Places to Work" awardsWe believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create new solutionsWe understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundationShowing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best workWhat Work You Will be Responsible For: Maintain and improve processes for tracking and analyzing operating costs, ensuring alignment with budget, and assessing their impact on overall company performance.Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate coding of accruals, amortizations, and invoices.Partner with a team of financial analysts to produce a monthly reporting package for executive leaders, detailing budget variances and comparisons to the prior year.Report on business performance, identifying financial impacts compared to budget, for monthly and quarterly presentations to internal operations leaders, executive leaders, and the Board of Directors.Perform in-depth financial analysis by synthesizing large data volumes, building analytical frameworks, interpreting data, and summarizing findings.Drive planning and forecasting activities, including resource planning and vendor spend projections.Collaborate with business leaders in preparation of business cases and financial modeling.Build effective relationships across departments and within the FP&A team.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance3+ years' experience in Financial Planning & AnalysisPreferredDesired Qualifications:Advanced Excel user with hands-on experience in building financial models and performing scenario analysisExperience in building and delivering PowerPoint presentations to senior managementHands-on experience in developing and leading budgeting and forecasting processesUnderstanding of GAAP and financial principlesHands on experience in financial variance analysisPrior experience in providing decision support to business unit leadership orand operations leaders including IT, HR, or MarketingKnowledge of planning systems and advanced use of ExcelKnowledgeexperience working in ERP systems (preferably SAP)Attentive to detail with ability to synthesize and summarize data, and present analysis' in a concise, insightful mannerSelf-starter and problem solverEffective communicator and team playerComfortable working independentlyEisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer.
