JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Tax Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be client focused and will be responsible for overseeing tax related decisions and activities for their own book of business clients, which will be provided. In this role, you will help clients stay tax-compliant and up-to-date on new tax laws for both individual and business tax filings. This is a growth position and requires a candidate with extensive experience and expertise in tax. Our Tax Account Managers must be CPAs or Enrolled Agents. WHAT WE OFFER $92,500 - $120,000 Health Benefits (Individual & Family) Dental Benefits (Partial) 3 weeks vacation 401(k) + 3% Matching Room for growth Supportive work environment Goal & process oriented team ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and review tax returns 1120, 1065, and 1040 clients Identify opportunities to minimize the effective tax rate Work with clients in person at our office, phone & email Attention to detail and client follow-up a priorityQUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance 5+ years' of experience of professional tax experience in tax preparation Strong communication and analytical skills CPA or Enrolled Agent Required Meticulous & detail oriented Experience with Public Accounting & Small Business Accounting Client-focused Not afraid to speak up Independent working style with minimal supervision Collaborative Department Accounting and Finance Role Tax Manager Locations Westerville, OH Yearly salary $92,500 - $120,000
