Develops and implements customer growth strategies. Maintains key customer relationships. Manages and leads the commercial sales team. Trains and familiarize commercial sales reps with established policies and practices to ensure the team is equipped with the product knowledge, system and selling-skills. Assist commercial sales reps with complex sales negotiations. Works with Regional Manager and General Manger to drive customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.ResponsibilitiesManages and directs the day to day activities of commercial sales team within a region.Develops and implements customer growth strategies.Maintains key customer relationships.Works with the appropriate stakeholders to develop regional sales plan, forecasts and municates the mission and goals of the organization and region to commercial sales team.Ensures the team is equipped with the product knowledge, system and selling-skills.Evaluates staff performance and administers disciplinary actions consistent with company policy.Works collaboratively with Division Commercial Sales Director, Regional Managers and General Managers to define and share best practices and deliver solutions to commercial customers.Monitors performance results against plans by evaluating daily, weekly and monthly reports.Assist commercial sales reps with complex sales petenciesOrganizational Savvy - Maneuvering comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics.Attracts Top Talent - Attracting and selecting the best talent to meet current and future business needs.Develops Talent - Developing people to meet both their career goals and the organization's goals.Drives Engagement - Creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.Financial Acumen - Interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions.Optimizes Work Processes - Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree and 5-7 years sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Sales Management experience requiredValid, permanent driver's license from state of residence. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
