We are seeking an In-plant Ink Production Worker to work at our customer's site. This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for many functions, including making ink. As an In-plant Production Worker you will be responsible for:Performing color matchingWeigh up batchesBlending inksManaging the ink schedule and inventoryEstimating jobsPerforming on-press trouble shootingQualificationsTo perform your job as expected, you will be required to:Have 3 years ink field experienceHave experience with Xrite softwareDemonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs (MS Office) and other computer skillsBe willing to take responsibility for call-insBe technically qualified to service UV and HS productsHave a high school diploma or GED equivalentBe able to pass a color vision testBe able to lift up to 50 lbsIn addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you:Work well with customersAre reliableAre willing to work weekends if neededHave experience in managing an ink roomHave previous experience in the ink industryAdditional InformationWe offer a competitive salary with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, pet insurance, HSA and FSA, long-term care, 401(k), and more.
