We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Service Manager to join our dynamic team and help deliver the best customer service experience possible.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:•Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.•Manage and supervise a team of technicians, advisors, and service staff to meet productivity goals.•Develop and implement efficient service processes and procedures to maximize throughput and customer retention.•Handle customer inquiries and concerns, providing effective solutions and maintaining positive relationships.•Ensure proper maintenance of service records, warranties, and service contracts.•Monitor the service department's budget and maintain efficient inventory control.•Ensure all service work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations.•Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and trends.Qualifications•Expert-level knowledge in automotive products and technology, auto service employee capabilities, and car repairs is needed.•At least two years of experience as an automotive service advisor is necessary; experience in automotive service management is preferred.•Dealertrack DMS experience is recommended.•Must provide proof of valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
