Hiring VP Head of Marketing to help us scale a B2C focused marketplaces within the wellness sector. Currently as mainly a b2b SaaS white labeled mobile app, we have scaled significantly to now over 1 million users and nearly $100M in app revenue. You're highly collaborative, data-driven, and organized, with a proven trackrecord of scaling marketing efforts to drive growth and customer retention.Most importantly, you're excited to join a company where your leadership and execution willdirectly shape the future of the brand and its impact on the aesthetics and wellness industry.About The RoleAs the Head of Marketing, you will own the execution of our marketing strategy, working closely with the CEO to bring the vision to life. You will oversee all aspects of marketing, including product marketing, performance mareketing, affiliateinfluencer, content, branding, events, and demand generation, ensuring alignment with company goals.This role is critical for driving growth, enhancing customer engagement, and building our presence in the aesthetics and wellness space. You'll also manage our CRO agency and take full ownership of events-whether in-person or virtual-from ideation to execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategic Execution•Partner with the CEO to translate vision and strategy into actionable marketing plans.•Drive collaboration across marketing functions (product marketing, branding, content,and demand generation).•Ensure that all marketing initiatives align with RepeatMD's business objectives andgrowth goals.•Oversee all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, logistics, creative direction,and post-event analysis.•Partner with sales and product teams to ensure events drive measurable outcomes,such as lead generation and client retention.Marketing Operations•Manage the marketing tech stack, including CRM, automation, and analytics platforms,to ensure seamless operations and data-driven decision-making.•Develop and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and ensureROI.•Collaborate with the CRO agency to optimize paid advertising spend and improve leadquality.•Take full ownership of all events, including:•In-person trade shows and conferences (e.g., AmSpa, TAS, VCS).•Sponsored events and partnerships.•Regional dinners and intimate networking events for key clients.•Virtual events such as webinars and product launches.Team Management•Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, including specialists in branddesign, content, and video production.•Ensure clear ownership and accountability across all marketing functions.•Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Content & Brand Alignment•Oversee the creation of compelling content that supports customer acquisition,engagement, and retention.•Ensure brand consistency across all channels, campaigns, and touchpoints.•Collaborate with the content manager and video editor to produce high-qualitymultimedia assets for product launches, thought leadership, and more.Stakeholder Engagement•Act as the primary liaison between marketing and other departments, ensuring alignmenton objectives.•Deliver regular updates and performance reports to the CEO and executive team.•Represent RepeatMD at industry events and conferences, as needed.Key Requirements•Experience: 8+ years of marketing leadership experience in high-growth SaaScompanies.•Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in executing marketing strategies thatdrive ARR growth, customer retention, and brand awareness.•Event Management: Experience planning and executing large-scale events, as well asregional and virtual programs.•Technical Skills: Expertise in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), CRMplatforms, and analytics tools.•Leadership: A hands-on approach to leading and mentoring teams, with a focus onaccountability and results.•Collaboration: Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally and align stakeholdersaround common goals.•Communication: Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly toboth internal and external audiences.What We Offer•Competitive salary•Employee Stock Option Plan•Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k•PTO•12 weeks maternity and 4 weeks paternity leave (because we know that being a parentis the most important job you'll ever have)•Annual performance reviews and professional development opportunities•Hybrid work model (3 days a week in NYC office)Equal Opportunity StatementWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
