Discover more by following us on LinkedIn!GENERAL FUNCTION The Sales Representative is the first level of contact with existing accounts in their assigned territory with the US Optical Group. Responsible for sales performance, customer relations, growing sales volume for Essilor branded products in assigned accounts. Responsible for acquisition and growth of ECP business and loyalty through the positioning and delivery of branded product, marketing strategy, service excellence and technical superiority. They will use corporate tools and applications to document, plan, monitor, and meet sales objectives within their territory. They will develop and maintain strong relationships with customer service and lab personnel to ensure success. They will consistently achieve established sales goals, managed care optimization and practice growth. The Sales Rep must communicate with their Sales Manager on personal development, sales results, and action plans. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReview cycle plan, market conditions, US Optical Group KPIs and customer needs with VP of Sales to plan territory sales strategy and refine call schedules; Build and implement strategy for all accounts and creates in-depth strategy for key accountsPartner with Specialists to drive branded growth initiatives & training opportunitiesDevelop existing account base (60%) and prospect territory (40%)Partners with lab personnel to identify account opportunities and adjust call schedules and business plans accordinglyUtilize Brand Sales Strategy to develop trusted partnerships with ECPS to grow branded product sales and overall businessDetermine customer needs and position Group's premium branded products effectivelyUse analytical and software tools to manage territory accounts (SFDC, Rx Analysis, Profit Analyzer, Price-File Maintenance)Use consultative selling approach to drive immediate and long-term sales growthAdapt selling approach based on segmentation, audience, and ECPs' businessConducts effective account seminars for large and small audiencesManage customer needs and issues proactively and in a timely manner and leverages opportunity to build a stronger relationship.Partner with lab when addressing customer needsDemonstrate an obsession for customer service through customer involvementUses District Meetings, Ride-along, call-ins and the annual review process to identify professional needs and develop skillsCompletes requested tasks effectively from management and corporate office in a timely mannerBASIC QUALIFICATIONSPeople skillsComputer literacyPresentation skillsCustomer Service DrivenTravel overnight approximately 40%PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degreeDemonstrated sales results with 3-5 years sales experiencePay Range: 60,405.80 - 86,806.60 Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
