This Associate Band Marketing Manager role will be instrumental in helping to develop and execute on the companies 360° brand marketing strategies, ensuring consistent, innovative messaging across digital, social, retail, and PR channels. They will also help lead the go-to-market strategies for new product launches, coordinating a holistic approach that maximizes brand impact and consumer engagement and will partner with our data and insights team to ensure brand decisions are made with best-in-class data-driven understandings.Qualifications:Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or advanced degree with 2 years of experience; or equivalent work experience. Skincare or Beauty experience desired.Proven expertise in creating and executing 360° campaigns across all consumer touchpoints Understanding of omnichannel and digital marketing strategies Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage partnerships Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and ability to communicate simply and succinctly. Analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable insightsHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PPTResponsibilities: Ability to collect, analyze and derive business andor customer insights working with the insights and analytics team to shape strategic brand positioning and identify opportunities for disruptive campaigns.Collect and share-out post-campaign learnings to inform future campaignsactivations.Help manage Brand Marketing calendar and Creative Brief process, ensuring we are hitting key milestones and crucial shareout moments with key stakeholders.Help managing product portfolio to include new product development, SKU rationalization, mix strategies and profit optimization.Work with the cross functional product development team to ensure calendar alignment.Support the go-to-market process for product innovation, including marketing plans, selling tools, and forecasting volume and growth expectations.Stay attuned to industry trends and emerging channels, translating insights into actionable ideas that drive brand differentiation and relevance.Partner with Digital and Retail Marketing teams to helpl execute omnichannel strategies that enhance the brand experience across all touchpoints.Strong critical thinking with proven expertise in problem solving Strong understanding of different marketing disciplines and channels (i.e. digital, social, loyalty, PR) Ability to effectively partner and motivate cross-functional stakeholders.Ability to positively adjust to a rapidly changing environmentSelf-starter, self-managed, highly accountable, creative, enthusiastic, and engaging leader, and team player with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment and desire to make an impactEmotional and Business maturityIntellectually curious and have lots of horsepowerStrong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities
