Adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are key traits that enable success in a dynamic setting where priorities shift rapidly, and data-driven storytelling plays a central role in influencing outcomes.Provides financial guidance to management through the analysis of products, operations, capital requests and strategic projects. Supports cross-functional projects and teams by identifying benefits and costs.Essential Functions Performs analyses regarding financial andor operational performance on such issues as productivity, operational statistics, cost trends, and revenue trends.Maintains or Assists with assigned projects by performing, analyzing, and tracking financial, statistical, and computer modeling techniques to support department recommendation.Maintains analysis models to support recommendation provided to management.Reviews financial plans for completeness and consistency with established objectives and priorities to include monitoring accomplishments of plans.Designs, develops and executes self-audit applications to identify control weaknesses and compliance reporting.Assists management in determining and defining the business impact (both operational and economic) on the operation of proposed systems, capital investments, andor product changes. Prepares, reports on, and tracks feasibilityprofitability studies related to proposed corporate programs and strategies.Assist and provides input in the interpretation of newchanging securities rules, regulations, policies or laws; updates processes for compliance to rules and regulations as well as department procedures.Plans and executes remediations efforts for any identified issues with minimal guidancesupport from supervisormanager.Perform other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong software, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills necessary to present and explain complex andor confidential information. Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills required as well as maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals. Strong analytical, human relations, and communication skills.
