What You Will Learn: Summary: The Manager Website and Program Operations is responsible for the strategic development, execution, and optimization of the LEVEL loyalty program website. This role will oversee all aspects of the website, from content creation and user experience to technical performance and analytics. The ideal candidate is a data-driven individual with a passion for customer engagement and a deep understanding of loyalty marketing principles. Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the overall strategy for the loyalty program website, aligning it with the broader loyalty marketing goals and brand objectives. This includes defining target audience segments, crafting compelling value propositions, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs).Promotion and Program Management: Manage and execute loyalty program promotional calendars, driving member engagement and retention. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and stakeholders to maximize program effectiveness and achieve shared objectives.Content Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of engaging and informative website content, including program details, reward redemption options, member benefits, FAQs, and promotional materials. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and adheres to brand guidelines.User Experience (UX) Optimization: Continuously analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement in the user experience. Lead efforts to enhance website navigation, design, and functionality to maximize engagement and satisfaction.Technical Management: Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure the website's technical performance, security, and scalability. Manage website updates, bug fixes, and new feature implementations. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.Rewards Catalog, Education, & Merchandising: Oversee the online rewards catalog, ensuring a compelling selection of rewards and effective merchandising strategies to drive redemptions. Oversee the development and delivery of educational content on the website to help members understand and maximize their program benefits. What We Are Looking For: Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, loyalty marketing, or e-commerce.Proven track record of managing and optimizing websites for customer engagement and conversion.Strong understanding of loyalty marketing principles, program design, and customer lifecycle management.Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).Excellent project management and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with AB testing and other optimization techniques.Experience with CRM platforms and loyalty program software a plus (Salesforce)Please note: This job description is a general outline and may be subject to change.
