We're accelerating our momentum as the fastest-growing large consumer goods company in North America by putting people at the heart of our business and everything we do!As the Parts Coordinator you will be responsible to manage all incoming and outgoing maintenance partsequipment for the facilities maintenance department.Function Related ActivitiesKey ResponsibilitiesUtilize the SAP purchasing process to systematically order and receive parts, ensuring they are physically received into the plant.Conduct daily audits and cycle counts, achieving a minimum of 250 items each week, and generate weekly andor monthly parts inventory reports.Issue purchase orders for Maintenance and Operational suppliesparts and place orders for required municate with vendors and contractors regarding delivery options, alternative parts selections, obtaining quotes, and other related matters; collaborate effectively with internal plant personnel.Assist with maintenance duties and perform other job-related tasks as needed.Ensure all parts required for plant equipment maintenance are available at the facility and counted accurately. Maintain accurate and real-time minmax part levels.Education and Additional QualificationsHigh school diploma3-5 years' experience maintenance or inventory management.Previous experience with SAP preferred.Required Functional SkillsPossess command of the English language and be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to internal and external customers.Must be able to climb, bend, reach and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs.)Ability to use a personal computer and related Company software applications and electronic mail.Skills:Pay Range:$52,000 - $62,400Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
