It is an Operations Team Member's responsibility to maintain consistency and proficiency; provide superb customer service, educate guests, answer questions and ask customers key health questions, and make sure that the store is running at high-level quality.What you will do...Maintaining inventory; keeping shelves stocked, keeping up with cooler temperatures and filling pantry items as neededProvide excellent customer services and supporting Snap's mission to provide healthy convenient foodMaintain overall store hygiene and cleanliness; Wiping down counters and tables, sweeping, making sure condiment station is always clean and everything is filledCreate a warm and welcoming store environment for all guestsPromote new and popular menu items, in store loyalty program, and referral programUtilize the Point-of-Sale system, process payments, refunds and issuing gift cardsWho you are...Previous customer service experience within a retail, food, or nutrition environmentA high school diploma with some college preferredCommitment to the ongoing success of Snap KitchenPassion, knowledge, and involvement in living a healthy lifestyleHave a passion for health and great foodAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize tasksAbility to remain reserved in high pressure situationsStrong organizational skills and ability to pay attention to detailAbility to to navigate through different Operating Systems (iOS, Android, Windows, etc.)High-Level Time-Management SkillsAbility to lift at least 50 lbsThe Finer PrintWho you report to: Shift Supervisor & General ManagerStatus: Part-time, Non-exempt*Must have early morning (6AM) availability Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays***TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON BUSINESS NEEDS**NOTE: Snap Kitchen is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
