The individual contributions each teammate puts forth lead to the success of the team.Position Summary:Mid-Ohio Air Conditioning installers perform equipment replacement, duct installation andor replacement, piping installation andor replacement, tenant improvements to HVAC systems, and equipment start up in existing buildings for our commercial, industrial, and institutional customers in Central, Northeast, and Southeast Ohio. Their typical workday in a team of 2 or more is 8 hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a half-hour lunch break. Overtime opportunities are usually available. Lead HVAC Installers have good communication and problem-solving skills, read and interpret blueprints, and work diligently to execute projects to successful outcomes for customers.RequirementsJob Qualifications:5+ years of Commercial HVAC Installation experiencePreferably HVAC installation with piping ANDOR HVAC installation with sheet metalEPA 608 Universal certification preferred, not requiredAbility to weld sheet metal andor pipe preferred, not requiredAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams preferred, not requiredValid, insurable drivers licenseAbility to pass background checkCompensation: Mid-Ohio Air Conditioning offers a robust package of benefits to include top of market compensation, commensurate with experience, paid time off (PTO), (10) paid holidays annually, 401k with company contribution, variable compensation opportunities, excellent health, dental, vision benefits including a Healthcare Reimbursement Account (HRA) to minimize out of pocket expenses related to these benefits.Other Benefits: Our installers receive company provided uniforms, a company vehicle which they take home, safety equipment, specialty tools, and personal tool replacement. Installers use these devices to record their work via our Vision software Remote Field Service application.Training: Mid-Ohio Air Conditioning installers are offered a minimum of two weeks of formal training through multiple methods which include:Manufacturers' factory trainingContinuing education through local vendors and in-house trainingOnline trainingOn the job training We also offer tuition reimbursement for industry related courses taken outside normal business hours.
