Job Title: Administrative Director of Emergency ServicesLocation: Kingwood, TXSalary:127,649-159,556 annually (based on experience)Annual Bonus: Up to 15% (based on performance)Sign-On Bonus: Case by Case BasisRelocation Assistance: Case by Case BasisJob Description:We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Administrative Director of Emergency Services to lead our Emergency Department (ED), Pediatric ED, and Free-Standing Emergency Departments (FSEDs). This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality patient care, operational excellence, and strategic growth within our emergency services.Responsibilities As the Administrative Director, you will:Oversee the operations of a Level II Trauma Center, Pediatric ED, and multiple FSEDs.Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient experience, staff engagement, and departmental efficiency.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, hospital policies, and safety protocols.Manage a team of ~160 FTEs, including directors, managers, and clinical staff.Drive performance improvement initiatives and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.Qualifications:Education: Master's Degree required (Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field).Licensure: Current RN license or eligibility in the state of Texas.Certifications: ACLS, PALS required.
