You have a proven ability to craft and execute strategies that drive engagement,growth, and customer loyalty across various content channels.You have strong project management skills, a creative vision, and the technical expertise tooversee content production across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Groups,LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Whether you're building a social media strategy, producing apodcast, or creating thought-leadership content, you excel at managing multiple priorities anddelivering high-quality results.Most importantly, you're excited to own and elevate all of our content initiatives, fromsocial media to long-form storytelling.About The RoleThe Content Manager will own all content creation and distribution across our keychannels, including Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, YouTube, andTikTok. You'll also oversee the Glow & Grow Podcast, develop a high-performing newsletterstrategy, and amplify the CEO's personal brand. Along with working on a new Direct toConsumer brand we are currently launching!!! This role requires a strategic mindset, strong collaboration skills, and hands-on experiencemanaging multi-platform campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Execution•Develop and implement a multi-channel content strategy to drive engagement, growth,and brand awareness for RepeatMD (B2B) and our upcoming D2C launch.•Own content creation and management across Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Groups,LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.•Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing across allplatforms.•Build a community of like minded followers both in B2B and D2CSocial Media Ownership•Plan, create, and post high-quality content tailored to each platform, including Reels,Stories, videos, and carousel posts.•Monitor trends and platform updates to ensure RepeatMD stays relevant and engaging.•Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community growth across allsocial channels.Podcast & Newsletter Management•Oversee the end-to-end production of the Glow & Grow Podcast, from planningepisodes to managing guest appearances.•Create a robust newsletter strategy to inform and engage clients while driving platformusage.Personal Brand Management•Manage and grow the CEO's personal brand presence on LinkedIn, Medium, and otherplatforms.•Write and optimize thought-leadership pieces and multimedia content to position theCEO as an industry expert.Brand Consistency•Ensure all content adheres to our brand guidelines, maintaining a consistenttone, voice, and visual identity across all platforms.•Collaborate with the Brand Director to ensure alignment on creative direction, brandmessaging, and visual consistency across campaigns.Collaboration & Teamwork•Partner with the video editor to create cohesive multimedia campaigns for social mediaand other platforms.•Partner with the Product Marketing Manager and Product team to create and executecontent strategies that effectively promote product launches, updates, and features toclients and prospects.•Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align content efforts with overall businessgoals.•Provide editorial oversight to maintain high-quality standards and a consistent brandvoice.Optimization & Analytics•Track and analyze performance metrics across all content mediums, using insights torefine strategies.•Leverage SEO and platform-specific analytics to improve reach and engagement.Key Requirements•Experience: 4+ years in content creation or marketing, with proven experiencemanaging multiple content mediums.•Technical Skills:•Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.•Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite).•Familiarity with SEO and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).•Knowledge of video content best practices for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.•Familiarity with AB testing tools and methodologies to optimize contentstrategies.•Proficiency with HubSpot for content management, email marketing, andanalytics.•Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite).•Ability to leverage AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier) for efficientcontent creation and workflows.•Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, platforms, and deadlinessimultaneously.•Creativity: Demonstrated ability to create compelling content that drives engagement.•Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of workingcross-functionally.What We Offer•Competitive salary and bonus structure•Employee Stock Option Plan•Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k through Justworks•Unlimited PTO•Parental leave: 12 weeks maternity and 4 weeks paternity leave•Annual performance reviews and professional development opportunities•Hybrid work model with flexible hours•Pet-friendly office filled with snacks
