The company provides an unbeatable culture, competitive benefits and compensation, and diverse projects.Job DescriptionConstruction General Superintendent will be responsible for the following:Project Oversight: Manage and oversee all field operations on multiple construction sites to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.Safety Management: Enforce safety policies and ensure all employees and subcontractors adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to minimize risk and prevent accidents.Subcontractor Coordination: Oversee and manage the work of subcontractors, ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications and deadlines.Quality Control: Monitor all construction activities to ensure compliance with architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and quality munication: Serve as the primary point of contact between field operations, project managers, and clients, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and changes.Site Inspections: Conduct regular site walks and inspections to ensure work is being performed correctly and address any safety, quality, or productivity concerns.Budget Management: Work with project managers to monitor and control project costs, identifying areas where cost-saving measures can be implemented without sacrificing quality.Client Relations: Collaborate with clients to ensure their expectations are met and address any concerns that arise during the course of the project.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
