Our dedicated team guides your vision, ensuring your product takes center stage in a crowded market.Job SummaryThe Senior Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the overall quality management system (QMS) within the organization. This role ensures that products (skincare, haircare, and dietary supplements), services, and processes meet established standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The Senior Quality Manager will lead a team of quality professionals, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate across departments to implement best practices in quality assurance and control.Responsibilities Quality Management Systems (QMS): Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective quality management systems (QMS) for skincare and haircare products, ensuring they meet company and regulatory standards. Compliance & Regulatory: Ensure all products are in compliance with international regulations (FDA, EMA, Health Canada, etc.), industry guidelines (ISO, GMP), and any regional-specific standards. Product Quality Control: Oversee quality control processes, from raw material sourcing through finished goods, ensuring quality benchmarks are consistently met. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department, focusing on defect reduction, process optimization, and quality enhancement across product lines. Risk Management: Manage risk assessment processes related to quality control, product stability, and supplier performance to mitigate any potential risks associated with product quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure product quality is integrated into all stages of product lifecycle, from conception to post-market surveillance. Training & Development: Mentor and train junior team members, ensuring that all quality assurance practices are well understood and followed across departments. Complaint Management: Manage and investigate product complaints, product failures, and non-conformances, ensuring timely resolution and corrective actions are taken. Vendor & Supplier Management: Work closely with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet required quality standards and that third-party manufacturers maintain the highest standards of quality. Audit & Inspections: Lead internal and external audits to assess and verify quality standards and compliance with applicable regulations. Prepare for inspections by regulatory agencies and address any non-conformance findings. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate quality records, create detailed reports on quality performance metrics, and present findings to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or Engineering). A Master's degree or industry certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in quality management, specifically within the skincare or haircare industries. + dietary supplements (10%) In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards (FDA, GMP, ISO, etc.) for skincare and haircare products. Proven experience managing a team, with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective actions. Familiarity with stability testing, formulation processes, packaging, and product performance testing is highly desirable. High level of attention to detail, with a focus on precision and accuracy in documentation, testing, and product evaluation. Proficiency in quality management software, MS Office Suite, and data analysis tools. Preferred Qualifications: Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or other relevant certifications. Experience working in global markets with knowledge of international regulatory guidelines and standards.
