Master Data Manager Contract W2

JOB DESCRIPTION-SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: •Proven experience (4+ years) in a data leadership role, preferably within a large, complex supply chain-centric organization. •Experience in shaping and evolving a company's data team to complement and fully support the evolving strategic and tactical challenges of the organization. •Strong understanding of master data management principles, strategies, concepts, and leading practices. •Working knowledge of data governance, data quality (profilingcleansing), data processes, and archiving. •Ability to design and re-design data governance per requirements. •Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related field required. •Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality. •Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions. •Proven change management and relationship building experience. •Excellent problem solving, dispute resolution, interpersonal, analytical and project management skills; ability to prioritize, delegate tasks and multi-task. •Strong focus on collaboration, team building, and customer service. •Demonstrated experience inwith enterprise-wide data governance required. •Demonstrated skill running effective meetings and gaining buy-in and participation from executive leaders. •Demonstrated experience with data automation, data governance and data quality tool sets (i.e. Winshuttle, Precisely Evolve) •Strong Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, MS SharePoint.
