If this sounds like you, apply today!About the role:As the Insurance Market Sales Leader, you will be responsible for all daily operations, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets within your assigned territory. You will lead a team of talented sales and service professionals, fostering their development and ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales background, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.Benefits:Medical InsuranceDental & Vision InsuranceSupplemental InsuranceRetirement with up to 4% matchPaid HolidaysPaid Time Off2 Wellness DaysBonus OpportunitiesAnnual Leadership Conference (For eligible employees)Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and provide coaching to a team of sales and service representatives, offering consistent guidance, comprehensive training, and constructive performance feedback.Cultivate robust relationships with pivotal clients, brokers, and partners, strategically elevating the company's visibility and influence in the market.Analyze and interpret sales data, generating meticulous reports and insightful observations to drive informed decision-making and refine strategic approaches.Ensure seamless execution of NavSav's established processes and protocols, aligning consistently with leadership directives.Collaborate with the NavSav HR team and local sourcing to strengthen recruitment endeavors within designated market areas.Attain designated KPIs through the achievement of predefined production, retention, and overarching revenue growth targets.Oversee day-to-day operations, including meticulous tracking of timecards, managing paid time off requests, and supervising employee responsibilities.Other tasks as needed or assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).General Lines Property and Casualty licenseProven track record of successful sales leadership within the insurance industry, with 5 years of experience mercial Lines Experience is a huge plusIn-depth knowledge of insurance products, Florida industry regulations, and market dynamics.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team in a very fast-paced environment.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with a strong sense of urgency.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
