We are currently seeking a skilled A Level Automotive Technician to join our growing team.**Job Overview:** As an A Level Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles. You will utilize your advanced skills and knowledge to ensure all work is performed to the highest standards, contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the business.**Key Responsibilities:**- Perform complex diagnostics on a range of vehicles to identify issues and necessary repairs.- Execute repairs and maintenance tasks, including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical systems.- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and recommend preventive maintenance services.- Adhere to company policies and guidelines when working on vehicles, ensuring safety and compliance with standards.- Stay up-to-date with current automotive technologies and service techniques.- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.- Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure customer needs are met effectively.- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repairs and maintenance recommendations clearly.- Mentor and assist junior technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices.**Qualifications:**- A Level Automotive Technician certification or equivalent experience.- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various automotive systems.- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostic tools and software.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and customer service skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.**Preferred Qualifications:**- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications.- Experience with hybridelectric vehicle systems.- Familiarity with dealership repair processes and warranty work.**Benefits:**- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.- Professional development and training opportunities.- Health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, etc.- A supportive and dynamic work environment.D.W.
