Sr. Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)

Compensation: up to 110K + Bonus + HYBRID work environment - MILAN, OHThe Senior Financial Analyst will be working HYBRID onsite in Milan, OH responsible for providing cost accounting support to multiple Roofing Systems manufacturing facilities, developing and implementing consistent, streamlined financial process and procedures across the roofing system product platform, and completion of comprehensive financial analysis including bench-marking plants, analyzing strategic capital asset projects, deep diving operational performance, and platform cost take out initiatives.Responsibilities:Full financial support for plant managementDetailed project capital and expense tracking (for remainder of plant build project)Position will evolve to multi-plant responsibilityReview, analyze, and approve all project and facility maintenance spendPreparation of monthly forecasting (remainder of year forecast) and annual operating planMonth-end and Year-end close activitiesAssist in development of plant BOMs, routings, and standardsDrive development of plant financial operating planPreparation and analysis of month-end reports and project update (for remainder of plant build project)Works closely with the BPSIT team to help resolve system issues and assist with integrated plant set-up in SAPReconciliation of related general ledger accountsActively create and improve financial processes and procedures for the project and ultimately for plant operationsAbility to perform financial and strategic analysis to enable accurate businessdecisions andor investmentsHelp to identify and drive cost reduction and working capital opportunitiesInvolvement in plantproject procurementAdditional assignments as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and a minimum of 7 years financeaccounting experience with 2 years of cost accounting andor accounting experience in a manufacturing environmentDemonstrated leadership capabilityDemonstrated analytical abilityStrong verbal and written communication skillsProcess focusedComputer proficiencyExperience with SAP or ERP systems a plusExperience with budgeting and forecastingExperience with Month-end and year-end close activitiesModerate travel required (0 - 10) days per yearFamiliar with cost accountingFamiliar with variance analysisWorking knowledge of ERP systemsManufacturing experience Experience working hands on with the operations team (Plant Manager, Engineers, Production Superintendent) Additional Info:5- 7 years experienceSeniority Level - AssociateManagement Experience Required - NoMinimum Education - Bachelor's DegreeNo Visa CandidatesOpen to this candidate sitting at roofing plantsWork environment is typical of an office settingThis candidate will be the main financial support for the Milan, OH plantThis position will be a hybrid role. 1-2 days remote depending on the needs of the business.
