Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Estimator for a direct-hire placement! Our client has a need for a construction estimator. This is a direct hire role with a great company that is growing. They specialize in all facets of construction but the estimator role will focus on commercial construction. This is a remote role and candidates can be from any of the following locations, Louisville KY, Bowling Green KY, Nashville and Indianapolis, IN. Apply now! Duties: -Prepares budgets, estimates, and pre-bid packages for construction projects to be built for our clients -Speaks with subcontractors and suppliers to describe scope requirements and deadlines -Input bid pricing in software to completely summarize project cost and bid -Write up project scope narratives in proposal format that is easily understood -Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations Full benefit package and pto package will be offered.
