Food Service Clerks

Food Service Clerks produce, package and merchandise freshdelicatessen products while you assist guests with product selection andsales. Sales Clerks focus on filling guest orders at a service counter inthe delicatessen, sandwich and Orient Express departments. You maintain caseconditions and replenish products following department freshness policy andprocedures. Production Clerks focus on creating fresh delicatessen productsfollowing established company recipes. You are responsible for the daily set-up of service cases including theself-serve salad and soup bar, charcuterie, fresh salad case, rotisserie, friedchicken and other hot case items. Additionally, you assist in tracking sales,building displays and stocking and maintaining inventories. You are responsiblefor ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements andyou actively participate with cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas,tools and equipment. You will be required to obtain a food handler's permit. Morejob details are available in our store.
