We are currently looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team!Reporting to the AVP, Constructive Renovations, the Construction Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and completion of Construction projects. The role coordinates various aspects of the project, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.The Construction Project Coordinator assists in the preparation, review, and administration of contractual proposals relating to Construction projects. The role is responsible to manage bids, secure necessary approvals and ensure that standard procedures are followed.The role liases between the customer and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project operations.What you will do for Constructive Renovations:Responsible for meeting the requirements and strict procedures associated with customer Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and timelinesOversee the initial stages of the renovation of a portfolio of REO assetsConduct the intake and onboarding process for incoming home renovation requestsMaintain accurate records of all requests, assessments, and communications in a clear and organized manner in the databaseServe as the primary point of contact for customers during initial renovation and for bid-related inquiries and clarificationsReview, prepare,e and submit bids in the required format ensuring accuracy prior to client reviewCollaborate with estimators, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on bid submissions and client expectationsSource and facilitate quality control inspections per company policyProcure and monitor inspections to ensure turn times are met or exceeded per company policySource and recruit qualified contractors from internal networkTrains new specialists as neededAbility to track tasks and manage tight deadlinesDevelop domain knowledge of Fay's business to include an understanding of department goals and company objectivesEnsure compliance with Fay's policies, processes, practices, and regulatory requirementsModel ethical standards, professionalism, and code of conductDemonstrate behaviors that align with Fay's Values and Operating PrinciplesPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedWhat you will bring to Constructive Renovations:Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High school diplomaGED) requiredPrevious years' experience in remodeling, REO or Construction ManagementPrevious years' mortgage servicing or construction experience preferredPrevious years' client relationssupport experience and construction knowledgePrevious years' experience coordinating renovation projects for a portfolio of propertiesPrevious experience managing projectsDemonstrated experience working in a fast-paced workplaceStrong skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPointStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsDemonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilitiesGood judgment with the ability to evaluate and make decisions regarding renovation managementStrong time management skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCustomer service client orientationResults orientationStrong attention to detailFlexible, open to change, ability to learn new things quicklyCollaborative; ability to work effectively with othersEquity and Inclusion are embedded into our way of working at Fay.
