We are seeking a talented Recruiting Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.Job Description:The Swift Group is looking for a versatile, organized, and experienced recruiter who can wear multiple hats-technical recruiting, recruiting operations, and employer branding. This isn't just a standard recruiting role; it's a mix of finding top talent, optimizing our hiring processes, and shaping how we show up in the market. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the challenge of both hiring great people and building a standout brand, this role is for you!Responsibilities: Recruit both technical and non-technical positions, including Software Engineers, Data Engineers, DevSecOps, Systems Engineers, System Administrators, Acquisition Professionals, and Intelligence Analysts.Collaborate closely with senior managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs.Manage recruiting operations by optimizing and overseeing the use of Greenhouse ATS, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies, including career fair participation to attract diverse talent pools.Drive brand awareness by developing and executing strategies that improve The Swift Group's presence in the market.Manage and grow social media channels and employer branding efforts to attract top talent.Engage in offer negotiations, manage candidate relations, and oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies, including participation in career fairs to attract diverse talent pools.Enhance documentation processes with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Support proposal activities by aligning recruiting efforts with business objectives.Participate in subcontractor meetings and maintain strong relationships with external partners.Required Experience:Over two years of experience in recruiting for cleared positions in the Northern Virginia area.Proven experience with both technical and non-technical recruiting.Experience with recruiting operations and proficient use of Greenhouse ATSCRM systems.Strong skills in resume writing and template utilization.Excellent organization and communication skills with attention to detail.Desired Experience:Active security clearance or ability to obtain one is preferred but not required.BS degree in business or related field.The Swift Group and Subsidiaries are an Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action employer. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
