Job DescriptionThe Finance Manager is a key player in the finance organization responsible for managing all major stations (Hubs) within the aviation portfolio as an individual contributor. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, leadership, the ability to effectively communicate to both finance employees and business leaders, and the ability to perform with accuracy and integrity while working on tight deadlines. This position will be highly visible within the organization and will need to be self-sufficient in performing financial duties.ResponsibilitiesWill manage a portfolio of Hubs supporting various operational leadersResponsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting financial results on a weeklymonthly basisHandle monthly analyses and reporting responsibilities, including functional spend and impact of initiativesManages PnL during a close period and can identify correcting entriesMaintain consistency and quality of support over to the corporate functionsGather and synthesize data across various parties and manage any un-uniformed dataQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & ABILITIES 3+ years of financial managementaccounting experienceBS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (Masters is a plus)Exceptional high technical skills with a required proficiency in excel and PowerPointProven work experience as a Finance Mgr, Sr. Financial Analyst, or similar roleHands-on experience with financial and statistical softwareExpertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and chartsRelevant certification (e.g. CFACPA) is a plusBenefits IncludeWork with us, travel with us!
